100% Acorn-fed Iberian Pork Tenderloin

Our 100% Acorn-fed Iberian Pork Tenderloin, approximately 300gr., is one of the most exclusive and tender cuts of Iberian pork.

It comes from our 100% Iberian pigs, raised free-range on our Extremaduran pasture and naturally fed with acorns and grass from early autumn until the last day of the montanera season, at the end of February, resulting in meat with an extraordinary and delicate fat marbling, high oleic acid content, and a delicious flavor with unique nuances.

We will send it to you chilled, vacuum-packed in whole and individual pieces, at a temperature between 2º and 8º, ensuring the cold chain.

Since it is a frozen food, we recommend consuming it within five (5) days of receipt.

Our meat contains no additives, neither natural nor artificial.

Its production is very limited, as our family farm is very small, with a maximum of 25 animals each year.
