100% Iberian Acorn-fed Secreto

Our 100% Acorn-fed Ibérico Secreto, approximately 350g, is one of the most sought-after cuts from our purebred Ibérico pigs, raised free-range on our Extremaduran dehesa and naturally fed with acorns and pasture from the beginning of autumn until the end of the "montanera" season in late February.

Its name is no coincidence; for years it was the "secret" that master butchers kept for themselves. With exceptional fat marbling, rich in oleic acid, and a juicy texture, this cut melts in the mouth with nuances of nuts, fresh grass, and the unmistakable flavor of acorns.

No additives of any kind, just tradition, time, and nature.

We will send it to you chilled, vacuum-packed in whole and individual pieces, at a temperature between 2º and 8º, guaranteeing the cold chain.

As this is a frozen food, we recommend consuming it within five (5) days of receipt.

Its production is very limited, as our family farm is very small, with a maximum of 25 animals each year.
